Yahoo! Mail may roll out news of their forthcoming 1 GB of free email storage (a couple of weeks ago), but Gmail adds another gigabyte to all its users’ accounts today ! No big announcements, just action !
To celebrate our one-year birthday, we're giving everyone one more gigabyte. But why stop the party there? Our plan is to continue growing your storage beyond 2GBs by giving you more space as we are able. We know that email will only become more important in people's lives, and we want Gmail to keep up with our users and their needs. From Gmail, you can expect more.

When will the day come when we will need 2GB of email storage.
Haha, I almost finished up the allocated space one time, what with all the huge video and music files I was sending and receiving !
i've gone over the limit 3 times already (actually, they don't notify you til around 1.2G..and now..its HIGHER! yay!)
although..they haven't given me my full 2 gigs yet..

Finally I find someone who abuses huge email storage like I do. Heh heh.
hello rei.. i send "nudie" pictures to my boyfriend with my gmail account. ~thank you darth for my gmail account=)~. do you think i will be google'd one day?? everyone seems to be paranoid about gmail
